Our English Language Centres are situated on the campus of James Cook University in Cairns, Queensland’s second oldest university and Australia’s leading tropical research university and at the Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE, in the heart of Townsville, the largest provider of Vocational Education and Training in North Queensland.

James Cook English Language Centres are small, friendly and staffed by highly experienced language specialists. Our students have access to a wide range of study resources including excellent library facilities, modern computer laboratories, internet and network access as well as individual study counseling and advice from James Cook ELC support staff.
