Julie's life has been a wonderful tapestry of experiences, all making her the successful trainer that she is today. She has home tutored her daughter via 'The School of Distance Education Cairns'; worked on education and community programs with the Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Community during 25 years as a Local Resident Landholder, and more recently, has been a Trainer and Assessor for a large online Training Institution.

JMH Consulting is compliant with Industry Standards and Australian Quality Training Framework and Standards. Training is relevant, current, correct and valid. The course delivery is planned specifically
to ensure the appropriate facilitation of course content.

Julie is a very experienced and highly qualified trainer and assessor in the VET, TESOL and secondary educations areas. Julie has assisted numerous teachers to obtain their qualifications for the Training and Assessment certificate through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.

Her many years experience working with industry gives Julie the qualifications to expertly mentor students to gather and submit evidence for the Recognition of Prior Learning or Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) for the course they have enrolled in. Using the method of RPL reduces the work load for students and assists in fast tracking their qualifications.

Julie also has additional qualifications as a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Trainer and supports Local and International Students through ESL tutoring.
