Preparatory: A head Start. A very special blend of freedom and discipline, providing a valuable head start for later school life. This year sees an emphasis on reading, writing and numeracy skills, yet retains the creative elements of pre-school.

Primary - Years 1-7: Focus on laying the foundations of a child’s education by providing a solid traditional grounding for educational studies. Each student is encouraged to participate in all aspects of School life. Students have their own teacher for the core curriculum but are introduced to specialist teachers for art, music, health and physical education, and a language other than English (Japanese). All classrooms have multi-media computers connected to the School’s network and the internet for students’ use.

Senior School - Years 8-12: TAS is known for being one of the highest academic standards schools in Far North Queensland. A majority of our students continue onto University to fulfil their dreams. We pride ourselves on our standard of education, pastoral care and quality of school life
