A wide range of rental accommodation is available in the city centre, leafy suburbs and at the beaches. Students often rent together. Price will depend upon the number of people sharing, location and quality of the premises. A guide is somewhere between A$100 to A$290 per person, per week, whether part or full board. Allow approximately A$60 to A$100 per person extra for food, electricity and telephone expenses. Short and long term rentals are available.
